Free Discovery Session
An initial discovery call will help you decide which package is right for you. After our discovery call, our work begins when you choose your package. In an initial ten sessions, we aim to get you through Phases 1 & 2 Consciousness Building and Vision Development. Drop-in sessions are available for clients who’ve completed an initial ten-session package. In those sessions, we begin work on Phases 3 & 4, Cooperative Communication and Personal Action.

You’ll leave with tools to create a relationship, marriage, or partnership that has deep connection, clear direction, and empowered interactions
Psychedelic Consciousness & Integration
My consultation, integration, and preparation for folks considering psychedelics in their healing process help them navigate the risks and considerations of considering this type of treatment. The effectiveness of the psychedelic experience is only as beneficial as your ability to integrate the experience into daily life and formulate new practices. Like any life-changing experience, preparation and recovery are essential to the process. Participants leave with greater satisfaction, education, awareness, and clarity on how the choice to engage with psychedelics.

This package is ideal for teams or companies looking to improve cooperation in their work environment. Together we'll design a training that addresses the unique changes your group is facing or wants to make by focusing on Skills for Change & Cooperative Communication strategies. We'll spend time learning how to create awareness around group dynamics and identify what's missing to create productive work. Your team will leave with focus and practical communication tools to find success.
Speaking & Teaching
I am available for speaking and teaching in a variety of public & private contexts; I speak about personal growth, empowerment, communication, art, expression, and the magic of human potential. I teach Skills For Change and Cooperative Communication to families, companies, friend groups, communities, and partnerships.
